With the pandemic hitting its 1 year mark around the world the population has become more aware of their surroundings and the places they frequent specifically in terms of safety protocols and cleanliness. The easiest and most effective way to reassure your clientele base that it is safe to return to your establishment is sharing your protocols with them! We have 3 different ways you can do this with some examples from our own clients!
- Social Media Stories
If you aren’t already utilizing stories in your daily social media activities, now is a great time to start. They are a great tool to showcase everyday activities, like cleaning procedures or a cleaning company you’ve brought in to show your clients that you are prioritizing their safety.
- Posting Regularly with Protocols
Keeping with your regular posting schedule it is important to highlight the safety precautions you have in place within your content! This may include masks, social distancing plexiglass or even posting your safety guidelines to your timeline! This is also a great way to keep up with what other businesses are doing (so don’t forget to post on Linked in as well)!
- Keeping Your Email list updated with any changes
Staying in contact with your client base is even more important now! We suggest at the end of your monthly emails to have a blurb about your safety protocols to remind your clients not only what is expected of them but what to expect when coming on location.
The key to any, and all of these steps is communicating with your audience across platforms with a unified message!
